Lea Michele Sarfati (lahir 29 Agustus 1986; umur 26 tahun),adalah seorang aktis dan penyanyi Amerika Serikat. Michele mulai menjadi aktris cilik di teater Broadway di Les Misérables. Ia juga pernah berperan sebagai Wendla di musikal Spring Awakening. Sekarang ia berperan sebagai Rachel Berry di serial drama produksi Fox, Glee.
