Berikut merupakan daftar lagu Serial TV Glee pada musim ke-2.
Sebagian dari lagu ini sudah termasuk ke dalam Glee: The Music, Volume 4, Glee: The Music, Volume 5, Glee: The Music, Volume 6, dan termasuk 2 buah mini album yaitu Glee: The Music, The Rocky Horror Glee Show dan Glee: The Music, The Christmas Album.
Serial TV Glee adalah sebuah serial drama komedi yang diproduksi oleh Fox. Serial ini berfokus pada klub glee New Directions di sekolah fiksi William McKinley High School di Lima, Ohio. Serial ini dibuat oleh Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, dan Ian Brennan, dan memuat banyak lagu dari banyak musisi yang dinyanyikan oleh karakternya. Ryan Murphy bertanggungjawab dalam pemilihan lagu. Ia berusaha untuk menyeimbangkan antara lagu-lagu hits dalam tangga lagu dan lagu-lagu show tunes, karena ia ingin agar serial ini menjadi serial untuk semua orang di setiap episodenya.".[1] Ketika Murphy telah memilih lagu, kemudian hak ciptanya akan dibereskan oleh supervisor musik P.J. Bloom. Produser musik Adam Anders kemudian mengaransemen lagu itu kembali untuk pemeran Glee.[2] Lagu-lagu ini kemudian direkam oleh para pemerannya, dan koreografer Zach Woodlee akan merekonstruksi gerakan-gerakannya, kemudian mengajarkannya pada para pemeran dan kemudian pengambilan gambar pun dimulai. Rekaman studionya kemudian dibuat. Semua proses ini dimulai 6 sampai 8 minggu sebelum episodenya ditayangkan, dan bisa berakhir sampai sehari sebelum penayangan.[2]
