Oblast Kaliningrad, (bahasa Rusia: Калинингра́дская о́бласть, Kaliningradskaya oblast) adalah sebuah oblast (provinsi) Rusia di sekitar kota Kaliningrad atau Königsberg. Daerah ini merupakan sebuah eksklave Rusia yang dikelilingi Uni Eropa (Polandia dan Lithuania).
