Yaroslavl Oblast (bahasa Rusia: Яросла́вская о́бласть, Yaroslavskaya oblast) adalah sebuah oblast (provinsi) di Rusia yang memiliki luas wilayah 36.400 km² dan populasi 1.367.398 jiwa (2002). Ibu kotanya ialah Yaroslavl.
