Oblast Arkhangelsk (bahasa Rusia: Арха́нгельская о́бласть, Arkhangelskaya oblast) merupakan sebuah oblast di Rusia yang memiliki luas wilayah 587.400 km² dan populasi 1.336.539 jiwa (2002). Ibu kotanya ialah Arkhangelsk.
