Oblast Novgorod (bahasa Rusia: Новгоро́дская о́бласть, Novgorodskaya oblast) merupakan salah satu oblast di Rusia. Oblast ini memiliki luas wilayah 53.895 km². Oblast ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 694.355 jiwa (2002). Oblast ini beribukota di Velikiy Novgorod. Oblast ini berbatasan dengan Oblast Leningrad, Oblast Vologda, Oblast Tver, dan Oblast Pskov.
