Krai Altai (Rusia: Алта́йский край, tr. Altaysky kray; IPA: [ɐlˈtajskʲɪj kraj]) merupakan sebuah Krai di Rusia yang terletak di Distrik Federal Siberia. Krai ini berbatasan dengan Oblast Novosibirsk, Kazakhstan, Oblast Kemerovo, dan Republik Altai. Pusat administrasinya berada di Barnaul.

Krai ini memiliki luas wilayah 169.100 km². Dengan memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 2.613.400 jiwa (2004). Dengan memiliki angka kepadatan penduduk sebesar 15,5 jiwa/km². Sebagian besar penduduknya terdiri dari Suku Rusia.
