Oblast Oryol (bahasa Rusia: Орло́вская о́бласть, Orlovskaya oblast) merupakan sebuah oblast di Rusia. Letaknya di bagian baratdaya Distrik Federal Tengah. Pusat administrasinya berada di Oryol. Oblast ini memiliki luas wilayah 24.700 km² dengan memiliki jumlah penduduk 860.262 jiwa (2002).
