Oblast Kaluga (bahasa Rusia: Калу́жская о́бласть, Kaluzhskaya oblast) merupakan salah satu oblast di Rusia. Oblast ini memiliki luas wilayah 29.900 km². Dengan memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 1.041.641 jiwa (2002). Oblsst ini beribukota di Kaluga. Gubernur mereka ialah Anatoly Dmitriyevich Artamanov.
