Oblast Vladimir (bahasa Rusia: Влади́мирская о́бласть, Vladimirskaya oblast) merupakan sebuah oblast di Rusia. Pusat administrasinya berada di Vladimir, terletak 190 km dari Moskwa. Oblast ini memiliki luas wilayah 29.000 km². Dengan memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 1.523.990 jiwa (2002). Oblast ini berbatasan dengan Oblast Moskwa, Oblast Yaroslavl, Oblast Ivanovo, Oblast Ryazan, dan Oblast Nizhniy Novgorod.
