Oblast Lipetsk (bahasa Rusia: Ли́пецкая о́бласть, Lipetskaya oblast) merupakan salah satu oblast di Rusia. Oblast ini memiliki luas wilayah 24.100 km². Oblast ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 1.213.499 jiwa (2002). Oblast ini beribukota di Lipetsk. Didirikan pada tanggal 6 Januari 1954.
