Oblast Omsk (bahasa Rusia: О́мская о́бласть, Omskaya oblast) merupakan salah satu oblast di Rusia. Oblast ini memiliki luas wilayah 139.700 km². Dengan memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 2.079.220 jiwa (2002). Oblast ini beribukota di Omsk. Oblast ini berbatasan dengan Kazakhstan, Oblast Tyumen, Oblast Novosibirsk, dan Oblast Tomsk.
