Oblast Nizhny Novgorod (bahasa Rusia: Нижегоро́дская о́бласть, Nizhegorodskaya oblast) merupakan sebuah oblast di Rusia. Pusat administrasinya berada di Nizhny Novgorod. Oblast ini terletak di Distrik Federal Volga. Oblast ini memiliki luas wilayah 76.900 km² dengan memiliki jumlah penduduk 3.524.028 jiwa (2002).
