Reduktase fumarat (bahasa Inggris: fumarate reductase, quinol:fumarate reductase, QFR) adalah enzim yang mereduksi asam fumarat menjadi asam suksinat, sekaligus mengoksidasi ubikuinol menjadi ubikuinon.
