Mordovia (Rusia: Респу́блика Мордо́вия, tr. Respublika Mordoviya; IPA: [rʲɪsˈpublʲɪkə mɐrˈdovʲɪjə]; Moksha/Erzya: Мордовия Республикась,[10] Mordoviya Respublikas) merupakan sebuah Subyek Federal Rusia. Subyek ini memiliki luas wilayah 26.200 km² dan populasi 888.766 km². Dengan kepadatan penduduk 33,9 jiwa/km². Ibu kotanya ialah Saransk.
