Mari El (bahasa Rusia: Респу́блика Мари́й Эл, Respublika Mariy El; Mari: Марий Эл Республик, Marii El Respublic) merupakan sebuah Subyek Federal Rusia. Republik ini memiliki luas wilayah 23.200 km² dan populasi 727.979 jiwa (2002). Kepadatan penduduk 31,4 jiwa/km². Ibu kotanya ialah Yoshkar-Ola.
