Masakan Yahudi adalah sebuah kumpulan tradisi memasak yang beragam dari diaspora Yahudi di seluruh dunia. Masakan tersebut tersebar di berbagai negara, yang dibentuk oleh tradisi hukum makan Yahudi (kashrut), Perayaan Yahudi, dan Sabat. Masakan Yahudi dipengaruhi oleh ekonomi, agribudaya, dan tradisi kuliner di berbagai negara dimana komunitas Yahudi bermukim dan tersebar di seluruh dunia.

Gaya khas dalam masakan Yahudi adalah Ashkenazi, Sephardi, Mizrahi, Persia, Yaman, India, dan Amerika Latin. Terdapat juga hidangan dari komunitas Yahudi asal Ethiopia sampai Asia Tengah.

Sejak pendirian Negara Israel pada 1948, dan sebagian besar sejak akhir 1970an, "masakan fusion Israel" telah berkembang. Masakan tersebut mengadaptasi unsur-unsur dari beberapa gaya Yahudi, menggunakan produk-produk agribudaya baru, dan memasukkan hidangan Timur Tengah lainnya.
