Republik Kabardino-Balkar atau Kabardino-Balkaria (bahasa Kabardia: Къэбэрдей-Балъкъэр Республикэ; bahasa Balkar: Къабарты-Малкъар Республика; bahasa Rusia: Кабарди́но-Балка́рская Респу́блика; Kabardino-Balkarskaya Respublika atau Kabardino-Balkariya) adalah sebuah subyek federal Rusia (sebuah republik) yang terletak di Kaukasus utara.
Luasnya adalah 12.500 km². Pada tahun 2002, penduduknya berjumlah 901.494 jiwa (kepadatan: 72,1 jiwa/km²) yang mayoritasnya merupakan umat Muslim. Ibu kota Kabardino-Balkaria berada di Nalchik, sementara pusat pemerintahan terletak di Tyrnyauz. Sumber daya alamnya antara lain molibdenum, biji-biji tungsten dan batu bara.
