Oblast Amur (Rusia: Аму́рская о́бласть, tr. Amurskaya oblast; IPA: [ɐˈmurskəjə ˈobləsʲtʲ]) merupakan salah satu oblast di Rusia. Oblast ini memiliki luas wilayah 363.700 km². Oblast ini memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 902.844 jiwa (2002). Oblast ini memiliki angka kepadatan penduduk sebesar 2,5 jiwa/km². Oblast imi beribukota di Blagoveshchensk.
