Jalur Timur Laut (MRT Singapura) adalah jalur MRT Singapura ketiga setelah jalur Utara Selatan dan Timur Barat. Semua stasiun ini terletak di bawah tanah. Jalur ini berjarak 20 kilometer (12 mi) dengan jumlah stasiun adalah 16 dan dioperasikan oleh SBS Transit. Jalur MRT dalam peta sistem ini berwarna ungu.
