Saya aksikan perubahan Sumatera menjadi Sumatra dikarenakan terobsesi dengan hadirnya Sumatra dalam Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia edisi kelima yang baru saja dirilis beberapa minggu yang lalu. Saya lebih setuju jika Sumatera yang dijadikan ejaan baku untuk kamus tersebut. Sarannya sudah kukirimkan kepada bagian yang terkait dengan hal itu. Terima kasih atas pemberitahuannya, dan maaf telah merepotkan.
