Ernest Borgnine (/ˈbɔːrɡnaɪn/; lahir Ermes Effron Borgnino; 24 Januari 1917 – 8 Juli 2012) adalah seorang aktor Amerika yang karirnya membentang lebih dari enam dekade. Dia terkenal karena suaranya yang kasar namun santai dan seringai Kucing Cheshire yang ompong.[2] Seorang artis populer, ia juga tampil sebagai tamu di sejumlah acara bincang-bincang dan sebagai panelis di beberapa acara permainan.
Karir film Borgnine dimulai pada tahun 1951 dan termasuk peran pendukung dalam China Corsair (1951), From Here to Eternity (1953), Vera Cruz (1954), Bad Day at Black Rock (1955), dan The Wild Bunch (1969). Ia juga memainkan peran utama yang tidak konvensional dalam banyak film, memenangkan Academy Award untuk Aktor Terbaik untuk perannya di Marty (1955), yang memenangkan Academy Award untuk Film Terbaik.
