Daftar pembawa dan pengisi acara Miss World
Miss World diprakarsai oleh Eric Morley pada tahun 1951 dan kali pertama diselenggarakan di Inggris.[1][2] Sepeninggal Eric Morley pada tahun 2000, istrinya Julia Morley, menggantikan posisinya sebagai ketua.[3] Bersama pesaingnya, Miss Universe dan Miss Earth, kontes kecantikan ini menjadi salah satu yang dikenal oleh masyarakat umum.[4][5] Pemenang menghabiskan waktu setahun berkeliling dunia sebagai wakil dari Organisasi Miss World melalui berbagai acara.[6] Secara kebiasaan, Miss World tinggal di London selama masa baktinya. Sejak diselenggarakan hingga tahun 2024, kontes kecantikan ini sudah mengalami dua kali pencopotan gelar diikuti pemahkotaan ulang, yaitu tahun 1974 dan 1980, dan satu kali pemegang gelar yang tidak menyelesaikan tugasnya, tahun 1973, hingga penyelenggaraan kontes tahun selanjutnya. Pada tahun 2013, Indonesia pernah dipercaya sebagai tuan rumah penyelenggaraan kontes kecantikan ini, bertempat di Nusa Dua Convention Center, Bali.
