Billy Joe Thomas 7 Agustus 1942 – 29 Mei 2021), adalah seorang penyanyi berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Dia terkenal karena lagu-lagu hitnya tahun 1960-an dan 1970-an, yang muncul di tangga lagu pop, country, dan Christian. Rekamannya yang paling terkenal adalah lagu pemenang Oscar kategori Lagu Orisinal Terbaik ciptaan Burt Bacharach dan Hal David yang berjudul "Raindrops Keep Fallin 'on My Head" yang menjadi lagu tema Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, dan versi asli dari lagu Mark James "Hooked on a Feeling".
