Rodger Albert Bumpass (lahir 20 November 1951) adalah seorang aktor dan pengisi suara Amerika. Dia dikenal karena peran jangka panjangnya sebagai Squidward Tentacles di serial televisi animasi Amerika SpongeBob SquarePants.
