Mohon dilampirkan juga akses dari pemilik tiket eksekutif dan ekonomi agar mereka tidak kesulitan ketika akan memasuki stasiun. Berdasarkan pengalaman tiket eksekutif masuk lewat Stasiun Gubeng baru atau dekat kantor PDAM Surabaya, tiket ekonomi dan lokal masuk lewat Stasiun Gubeng baru dekat Hotel Sahid.
