The Cage adalah pilot episode pertama serial drama televisi Star Trek. Serial ini selesai pada awal tahun 1965 (dengan tanggal hak cipta 1964), tapi tidak ditayangkan di televisi sampai akhir tahun 1988. Episode ini ditulis oleh Gene Roddenberry dan disutradarai oleh Robert Butler. Pernah ditolak oleh NBC pada bulan Februari 1965, dan jaringan memesan pilot episode lainnya, menjadi "Where No Man Has Gone Before".
