Hal unik keberadaan dalam masyarakat Indonesia, cobek masih menjadi belum bisa digantikan sepenuhnya oleh penemuan teknologi seperti blender terutama menyangkut hal cita rasa hasil gerusan pembuatan bumbu tradisional seperti sambal terasi.
