Bangsa Belanda (Belanda: Nederlanders) merupakan bangsa asli Belanda yang secara genetik dan budaya terkait erat dengan suku Jermanik. Bangsa ini terutama menghuni Belanda dan Belgia. Bangsa Belanda sebagai minoritas terdapat di Afrika Selatan, Amerika Serikat, Jerman, Kanada, Selandia Baru, Filipina, dan Suriname. Mereka menuturkan bahasa Belanda yang masih berkerabat dengan bahasa Jerman.

Jumlah penduduk bangsa ini berjumlah lebih dari 30 juta, dan 13 juta menetap di Belanda.
