In the Name of the Father adalah sebuah film biografi Irlandia-Inggris-Amerika 1993 yang ditulis dan disutradarai oleh Jim Sheridan. Film tersebut berdasarkan pada kisah kehidupan nyata Guildford Four.^[2] Permainan latarnya diadaptasi oleh Terry George dan Jim Sheridan dari autobiografi Proved Innocent: The Story of Gerry Conlon of the Guildford Four karya Gerry Conlon.^[3]

Film tersebut meraih ulasan positif dari para kritikus dan meraih tujuh nominasi Academy Award, yang meliputi Aktor dalam sebuah Peran Utama (Daniel Day-Lewis), Aktor Terbaik dalam sebuah Peran Pendukung (Pete Postlethwaite), Aktris Terbaik dalam sebuah Peran Pendukung (Emma Thompson), Sutradara Terbaik dan Film Terbaik.
