Meriam laut antipesawat termasuk meriam antipesawat yang dirancang khusus atau diadaptasi untuk dipasang di kapal, dan meriam laut yang disesuaikan untuk tembakan sudut tinggi.

Saat ini sebagian besar meriam antipesawat telah digantikan oleh rudal permukaan-ke-udara dan sistem senjata jarak dekat otomatis atau close-in weapon systems.
