Boeing B-52 Stratofortress merupakan pesawat pengebom strategis jarak jauh bermesin delapan yang digunakan oleh Angkatan Udara Amerika Serikat (USAF) sejak 1954, menggantikan Convair B-36 dan Boeing B-47. Walaupun dibuat untuk peran era Perang Dingin, pencegahan perang nuklir, pemakaian konvensionalnya pada masa kini adalah semakin penting dalam operasi-operasi USAF, di mana jarak jangkaunya yang jauh, muatan senjata beratnya, dan biaya operasionalnya yang ekonomis (dibanding dengan armada kapal pengebom strategis USAF yang lain) sangat berguna.
