A Change of Seasons adalah EP oleh band progressive metal/rock Dream Theater, dirilis pada tanggal 19 September 1995 oleh East West Records. Album ini terdiri dari judul lagu 23 menit dan koleksi bonus yang di tampilkan secara live pada konser fan club di Ronnie Scott Jazz Club di London, Inggris.

Judul lagu, direkam di BearTracks Studios di New York, termasuk sampel audio dari film "Dead Poets Society" tahun 1989 dan kutipan dari puisi Robert Herrick, "To the Virgins, to Make Much of Time".[2] Pada awalnya akan dirilis pada tahun 1992 dalam album Images and Words.[3] Lirik ditulis oleh drummer Mike Portnoy, tidak terinspirasi oleh film, melainkan oleh kematian ibunya.[4] A Change of Seasons juga merupakan album pertama Dream Theater yang menampilkan Derek Sherinian pada keyboard.
