Vanessa Nuala Kirby (lahir 18 April 1988) adalah seorang aktris Inggris. Dia membuat debut akting profesionalnya di atas panggung, dengan penampilan yang diakui dalam drama All My Sons (2010), A Midsummer Night's Dream (2010), Women Beware Women (2011), Three Sisters (2012), dan sebagai Stella Kowalski di A Streetcar Named Desire (2014).
Kirby menjadi terkenal secara internasional dengan perannya sebagai Putri Margaret dalam serial drama Netflix The Crown (2016–2017), yang membuatnya memenangkan British Academy Television Award untuk Aktris Pendukung Terbaik.
