Provinsi Bali tidak sama dengan Pulau Bali[sunting sumber]
Provinsi Bali, selain mencakup Pulau Bali, juga mencakup Pulau Menjangan (di ujung barat Pulau Bali) yang termasuk administrasi Kabupaten Jembrana; dan pulau-pulau Nusa Penida dan Nusa Lembongan (di selatan Pulau Bali) yang termasuk administrasi Kabupaten Karangasem. Menurut hemat saya, artikel yang dimaksud lebih cocok dialihkan menjadi artikel "Provinsi Bali", karena telah mencantumkan nama-nama gubernur dan sejarah pembentukan pemerintahan administratifnya. Tinggal menambahkan bahasan sedikit mengenai pulau-pulau yang terlewat tadi. Salam, Naval Scene 17:44, 24 Januari 2008 (UTC)
- Pro Naval Scene. Namun menurut saya lebih baik artikel Pulau Bali dibikin terpisah, yang menyatakan entitas geografi. Sedangkan Bali dan Provinsi Bali dibiarkan ekivalen sebagai entitas pembagian administratif, karena sampai saat tulisan ini dibuat nomenklatur artikel provinsi-provinsi Indonesia di Wikipedia bahasa Indonesia tidak menyertakan sebutan "provinsi".
