Meagen Helen Fay[1] (lahir 1957) adalah aktris Amerika Serikat yang dikenal atas keterlibatannya di dunia pertelevisian.

Fay lahir di Joliet, Illinois.[2] Pada awal 1980-an, Fay menjadi salah satu pemeran utama di The Second City.[3] Ia pertama kali tampil di televisi melalui seri televisi Ohara (1987).[4]

Kiprah Fay di pertelevisian berlangsung sepanjang 1980-an dan 1990-an. Ia menjadi pemeran tamu di berbagai acara seperti thirtysomething, Roseanne, Mad About You, Seinfeld, Dharma and Greg, Gilmore Girls, Suddenly Susan, Charmed, dan Freaks and Geeks.

Ia membintangi seri Carol & Company, The Home Court, Tales of the City, dan Woops! pada awal 1990-an. Ia juga tampil di film Magnolia (1999). Pada tahun 2004, ia bersama Bruce Davison dan Andrew McCarthy membintangi Kingdom Hospital besutan Stephen King.
