Jonathan Lee Miller (lahir 15 November 1972[2]) adalah seorang aktor Inggris. Dia mencapai kesuksesan awal untuk perannya sebagai Simon "Sick Boy" Williamson dalam film drama komedi gelap Trainspotting (1996) dan sebagai Dade Murphy di Hackers (1995) sebelum mendapatkan pengakuan kritis lebih lanjut atas penampilannya di Afterglow (1997), Mansfield Park (1999), Mindhunters (2004), The Flying Scotsman (2006), Endgame (2009), dan T2 Trainspotting (2017). Untuk The Flying Scotsman dia menerima nominasi London Film Critics' Circle untuk Aktor Tahun Ini.[3] Dia juga menjadi bagian dari pemeran utama dalam film tersebut Melinda and Melinda (2004), Dark Shadows (2012), dan Byzantium (2013).
