AEW World Championship adalah gelar dunia gulat profesional pria yang dibuat dan dipromosikan oleh promotor Amerika Serikat All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Diluncurkan pada 25 Mei 2019, ini adalah gelar teratas dan dianggap sebagai gelar paling bergengsi di AEW. Chris Jericho adalah juara perdananya. Juara saat ini adalah Samoa Joe untuk pertama kalinya. Ia memenangkan gelar tersebut dengan mengalahkan MJF pada Worlds End pada 30 Desember 2023..

Hingga 31 Desember 2023, telah terjadi sepuluh kali pemerintahan antara tujuh juara dan satu kekosongan, serta satu juara interim. Chris Jericho adalah juara perdananya. Jon Moxley mempunyai masa pemerintahan terbanyak yaitu tiga kali dan juga menjabat sebagai juara sementara pada pertengahan tahun 2022 sementara juara bertahan CM Punk absen karena cedera (ini tidak dihitung sebagai salah satu dari tiga masa pemerintahan Moxley). Masa pemerintahan MJF adalah yang terlama yaitu 406 hari, sedangkan masa pemerintahan kedua Punk adalah yang terpendek yaitu 3 hari. Jericho menjadi juara tertua saat meraihnya pada usia 48 tahun, sedangkan MJF menjadi juara termuda yang meraihnya pada usia 26 tahun.

MJF adalah juara saat ini pada pemerintahan pertamanya. Dia mengalahkan Jon Moxley untuk memperebutkan gelar di Full Gear pada 19 November 2022, di Newark, New Jersey, yang merupakan pertandingan uang tunai Casino Poker Chip MJF.
