Gereja Makam Kudus (bahasa Latin: Sanctum Sepulchrum, bahasa Inggris: Church of the Holy Sepulchre) adalah gereja Kristen di Kota Lama Yerusalem.
Situs ini dipercaya oleh banyak orang Kristen sebagai Golgota,[1] tempat Yesus disalibkan.[2] Gereja ini menjadi tujuan peziarahan Kristen sejak abad ke-4, sebagai tempat wafat dan kebangkitan Yesus.
