Utkarsh Ambudkar (/ˈʊtkɑːrʃ æmˈbʊdkɑːr/ UUT-karsh-_-am-BUUD-kar;[3] lahir 8 Desember 1983) juga dikenal dengan nama panggungnya UTK the INC, adalah seorang aktor, rapper dan penyanyi asal Amerika Serikat. Dia dikenal karena perannya dalam beberapa filmn, termasuk Pitch Perfect (2012), Blindspotting (2018), Brittany Runs a Marathon (2019), The Broken Hearts Gallery (2020), Free Guy (2021), Tick, Tick... Boom! (2021) dan World's Best (2023). Peran televisinya termasuk, The Mindy Project, White Famous, Never Have I Ever, Ghosts dan The Dropout.

Ambudkar lahir di Baltimore, Maryland, dan dibesarkan di pinggiran kota tempat orang tuanya, yang beremigrasi dari India pada tahun 1980-an, mereka adalah ilmuwan penelitian di Institut Kesehatan Nasional. Melalui ibunya, Ambudkar adalah keturunan dari pengacara dan ahli hukum Sir Vembakkam Bhashyam Aiyangar.[4] Dia membintangi peran komedi saat di SMA Thomas S. Wootton di Rockville, Maryland, dan dia memperoleh gelar Bachelor of Fine Arts dari Tisch School of the Arts di Universitas New York pada tahun 2004.[5][6][7][8]

Ambudkar menikah dengan Naomi Campbell pada tahun 2019 dan memiliki tiga anak.[1] Dalam sebuah wawancara tahun 2023, dia mengungkapkan bahwa dia telah sober (tidak mengkonsumsi alkohol) selama delapan setengah tahun. Dia juga menyatakan bahwa akibat terlalu mengkonsumsi alkohol pada saat itu mengapa dia digantikan sebagai Aaron Burr di Hamilton.[9]
