Pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023, satu bulan setelah BABYMONSTER merilis lagu debut digital pertama berjudul "Batter Up", Yang Hyun-suk selaku pendiri YG Entertainment memberi bocoran lagu kedua BABYMONSTER berjudul "Stuck In The Middle" di kanal Youtube BABYMONSTER berjudul 'BABYMONSTER NEXT PHASE | YG Announcement'. Dua bulan kemudian, singel "Stuck In The Middle" diumumkan sebagai rilis lagu kedua pra-rilis digital BABYMONSTER. Pada tanggal 1 Februari, video musik tanpa teaser tersebut dirilis.
