Romilly James Heald Jenkins (1907 – 30 September 1969) adalah seorang sarjana Inggris dalam studi Byzantium dan Yunani Modern. Ia menempati kursi bergengsi Koraes Professor of Modern Greek and Byzantine History, Language and Literature di King's College London, pada periode 1946–1960.
