Mea hutan[1] (Taeromys punicans) adalah sebuah spesies hewan pengerat dalam famili Muridae. Hewan ini hanya dapat ditemukan di Sulawesi Tengah, Indonesia. Satu-satunya tempat penemuan terletak di desa Pinedapa, Poso Pesisir, Kabupaten Poso.
