Negara Konfederasi Amerika (bahasa Inggris: Confederate States of America, disingkat CSA, lazim disebut Konfederasi) ialah negara yang berdiri di Amerika Serikat Selatan selama Perang Saudara Amerika. Negara ini didirikan pada tahun 1861 ketika negara bagian South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, dan Texas meninggalkan Amerika Serikat untuk membentuk pemerintahan sendiri. Belakangan Virginia, Arkansas, Tennessee, dan North Carolina bergabung dengan mereka.

Pemerintahannya menyerupai seperti di Amerika Serikat, begitupun konstitusinya. Pemerintahan AS (juga dikenal sebagai Union) tak bisa membiarkan negara ini berdiri sehingga kedua negara inipun berperang. Perang ini dikenal sebagai Perang Saudara Amerika, dan berlangsung antara tahun 1861-1865.

Ketika perang berakhir pada tahun 1865, AS mendapatkan kendali lagi atas negara selatan, dan Negara Konfederasi Amerika jatuh. Walaupun begitu, sejumlah orang meragukan apakah Konfederasi benar-benar sebuah negara. Union tak pernah setuju bahwa Konfederasi memang negara, dan karena Konfederasi masih memberlakukan perbudakan, dan tak satupun negeri di Eropa yang setuju bila Konfederasi adalah sebuah negara, kecuali Kadipaten Sachsen-Coburg-Gotha (sekarang bagian Jerman). Karena nama "Perang Saudara" memiliki arti bahwa pesertanya adalah orang yang berada dalam 1 negara, orang kadang-kadang menyebutnya "Perang Antara Negara Bagian".

Konfederasi juga disebut "Selatan", dan negara-negara bagian yang pernah bergabung dengannya kadang-kadang disebut sebagai "Selatan".
