Perbatasan antara Meksiko dan Amerika Serikat yang melewati empat negara bagian AS, enam negara bagian Meksiko dan lebih dari dua puluh perlintasan komersial.

Hubungan Amerika Serikat dan Meksiko merujuk kepada hubungan luar negeri antara Negara-Negara Bersatu Meksiko (Estados Unidos Mexicanos) dan Amerika Serikat. Dua negara tersebut berbagi perbatasan darat dan laut di Amerika Utara. Beberapa traktat dibuat antara dua negara tersebut secara bilateral, seperti Pembelian Gadsden, dan secara multilatera, seperti Perjanjian Perdagangan Bebas Amerika Utara. Keduanya adalah anggota berbagai organisasi internasional, termasuk Organisasi Negara-negara Amerika dan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa.

Sejak akhir abad kesembilan belas, pada masa pemerintahan rezim Presiden Porfirio Díaz (1876–1911), dua negara tersebut memiliki hubungan ekonomi dan diplomatik yang erat. Pada masa kepresidenan Díaz yang panjang, Meksiko membuka investasi asing dan para wirausahawan AS berinvestasi dalam pertambangan dan pertanian. AS memainkan peran penting dalam Revolusi Meksiko (1910–20) dengan tindakan langsung pemerintah AS dalam mendukung atau membangkitkan dukungan faksi-faksi revolusioner.
