Frederick Gordon Brownell OMSS SM & Bar MMM KStJ[1] (lahir di Bethlehem, 8 Maret 1940 – meninggal di Pretoria, 10 Mei 2019 pada umur 79 tahun)[2] merupakan ahli veksilologi dan genealogi asal Afrika Selatan. Frederick merancang bendera Namibia dan Afrika Selatan.[2][3]
