Fransis Marrasy (Arab: فرنسيس بن فتح الله بن نصر الله مرّاش; transliterasi: Fransīs bin Fatḥ Allāh bin Naṣr Allāh Marrāsy; 29 Juni 1836 – 1874), juga dikenal sebagai Fransis al-Marrasy atau Fransis Marrasy al-Halabi, adalah seorang penulis dan penyair dari gerakan renaisans Arab dan dokter Suriah. Kebanyakan karyanya berisi tentang ilmu pengetahuan, sejarah dan agama, yang dianalisis menggunakan epistemologi. Ia mengunjungi Timur Tengah dan Prancis pada masa muda, dan setelah beberapa kali mempelajari pengobatan dan setahun praktik di tempat asalnya Aleppo, pada saat itu ia menulis beberapa karya, ia menjalankan sebuah sekolah pengobatan di Paris
