Friedrich Wilhelm Karl Ernst Schröder (25 November 1841 – 16 Juni 1902) adalah seorang matematikawan Jerman yang utamanya dikenal karena karyanya tentang logika aljabar. Ia adalh tokoh besar dalam sejarah logika matematika.
