Bernard Gui (bahasa Prancis: [ɡi]), juga dikenal sebagai Bernardo Gui atau Bernardus Guidonis (s. 1261/1262 – 30 Desember 1331), adalah seorang frater Dominikan, Uskup Lodève, dan inskuisitor kepausan pada tahap-tahap akhir Inkuisisi Abad Pertengahan.

Karena penggambaran fiksinya dalam budaya populer modern, terutama novel Umberto Eco tahun 1980 The Name of the Rose, ia "mungkin adalah tokoh terkenal dari seluruh inkuisitor abad pertengahan", meskipun orang-orang sezamannya dan sejarawan modern lebih mengenalkan karena penyertaannya dalam tulisan-tulisan administrasi, diplomasi dan sejarah.
