Jamiluddin Purwanto adalah seorang penyanyi dangdut berkebangsaan Indonesia yang juga merupakan pelaku pelecehan seksual kepada anak laki laki di bawah umur (pedhopilia) pada 2016 silam dan hanya mendapatkan hukuman penjara selama 3 tahun saja. Sebelum bernyanyi solo, Saipul adalah mantan anggota grup musik dangdut G4UL. Ipul pernah menjadi juri D Academy di Indosiar.
